Welcome to Rheintalflug Forwarders LLC

The company was founded in 1973 by Rolf Seewald and initially operated taxi flights from Hohenems-Dornbirn airport , then a scheduled service from St. Gallen-Altenrhein airport to Vienna (1997, 17 flights per week), and from 1992 held the scheduled service concession for Europe.

Since 1997, it has also served the Friedrichshafen - Berlin/Tegel , Friedrichshafen- Cologne/Bonn and, for a time, Friedrichshafen- Düsseldorf routes on behalf of Lufthansa.

In February 2001, Rheintalflug was sold to Austrian Airlines and thus became a member of the Austrian Airlines Group . At the end of 2002, it was merged with Tyrolean Airways to rebrand as Austrian Arrows.

To remain in the tradition of the good operations and services offered, the new team crafted a new set of services under the new umbrella named Rheintalflug Forwarders Services.



Rheintalflug Forwarding LLC is the neutral and independent transport and handling specialist for courier, transport and logistics companies. We provide dynamic, reliable and high-speed transportation of time-sensitive goods. As the ‘Airline on the roads’, we are the ideal alternative to World Wide freight.

Rheintalflug Forwarding LLC is independent and owner-managed. This gives us the leeway to have flexible, mobile and solution-oriented operations. This independence forms the solid foundation for trust and long-lasting relations for our customers, business partners and staff.
